As I walked beside the majestic lake, my mind was hard at work, bustling with thoughts. Abruptly I paused and absorbed the stillness that Mother Nature was engaged in. Her watery depths were not covered in wind-driven waves. Her peaks were not in avalanche mode. She was still and serene. The act of pausing to tune into her, became a subtle invitation to sit on a rock and join her in stillness, even if only for few minutes. Purposefully, I didn’t edit this moment of filming the call to stillness. There’s no music to evoke mood, just the raw experience I found myself in, mesmerized by stillness and profound beauty.
In my recent books, I’ve written a lot about the infinite quantum field and how within the field, we are energy — gorgeous, spiraling vortices, of light, sound and frequency. When I observe nature, my consciousness moves beyond advanced mathematics, inconceivable geometric patterning, and invisible dimensions, and enters a subtle field of scintillating, timeless, spaceless reality. My connectedness with all-that-is emerges from behind a subtle backdrop to the forefront in which I can perceive a shift in consciousness to a subtler, more refined, and wider worldview.
Why do this?
In the past, life seemingly plowed forward as I rode waves of daily obligations and tasks. I began projects and completed them, saw babies born, and laid to rest my parents, husband, and my bestie of nearly three decades. Gradually, I wanted to explore life from a wider lens which emerged into a passion lasting many years. As I experienced consistent ebbs and flows of life, I began to realize that, going forward, expanding my awareness of who I am and what the world is made of was going to be the ever-fresh, inspiring perspective driving my waking and dream states, and all points in between.
I call this process mysticism, some call it woo-woo. Regardless of language, the infinite, mysterious subtle field of energy is something I’ve witnessed in my life experience and which I described in the first book of the Exalted Vibrations. trilogy. I knew when I began to write the series that the ephemeral aspect of a human life would take center stage. This would including the inexplicable, awe-inspiring deaths I witnessed of my loved ones as they departed a moment in spacetime, and the ensuing, mind-boggling communication I continued to have with them. This is when I decided to be bold, study quantum physics even more, and stretch myself to become more open-hearted than I thought possible — having to gently and compassionately let go of the opinions of others. Because my life was about to change forever. I began to focus intently on allowing for a novel genetic expression to bring a new dimension of myself to life, allowing for unicity (the condition of being unified with everything everywhere) to be my new touchstone.
Like me, the characters in my book discover the flow state, which arises from the still point, or zero point energy, embedded in the subtle, invisible energy field of their unique biology. The flow state is a frequency state that arises from stillness, maintains its scintillating, effulgent properties, and sends specific neuronal cells a message that change is about to occur. In a miraculous, natural process, RNA gets the signal to create a new genetic expression, which can be experienced as feeling interconnected with all-that-is, what I call the unicity gene expressing itself. With associated feelings and perspectives, there are no longer others or outside influences to fight or fear. Instead, over time, more levels of pure love arise, and more opportunities for stillness abound— like I found while walking near a serene lake. Stillness upon stillness builds opportunities to feel more in-flow. In this repetitive new pattern, my perception expanded incredibly.
From my current vantage point, the potential for my future and our planet is shocking and jaw-dropping. Inadvertently, in my process of discovering more about quantum physics and human evolution, I gained plenty of material to send a group of special, fictional friends on a three-volume adventure lasting from 2020 to 2045, into a future that none of them could have possibly envisioned for themselves.
